Most of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty takes precedence over any warranty provided by Red Rock Furniture. Customers are provided with warranty information at the time of purchase. If an item you purchase from our showroom has a manufacturer defect, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
In the event that the manufacturer does not provide a warranty, or the manufacturer’s warranty is less than one year, Red Rock Furniture provides the original retail purchaser of the product a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects:
We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. In cases of manufacturer defect, Red Rock Furniture will exchange any defective product for an identical product. In the event an identical item is not available as a replacement, Red Rock Furniture reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item in its place. All warranty claims are for exchange of merchandise only.
This warranty is guaranteed provided the products are subject to normal wear and tear, are used for their original purpose, are not modified in any way, and are not used for commercial purposes.
This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, or lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us by the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (e.g. in-store receipt or packing slip/invoice) and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. All warranty claims are subject to merchandise inspection.
Natural materials such as wood and veneer have variations and characteristics. Natural materials are also subject to color changes and seasonal gapping due to the environment or sunlight. These normal variations are not covered under our warranty. The one year warranty will not apply if issues arise during installation of items or electrical components not being installed by Red Rock Furniture staff.
We’re specialists in furnishing vacation homes, second homes and short term rental properties at the best resorts in Utah. While creating our own vacation rentals, we saw how difficult it is to furnish a vacation home with high quality products.
