Our all-inclusive design services make it easy to set up your vacation rental. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Consultation
We’ll get to know you and hear about your plans and dreams for the property so we can design a space that’s perfect for your needs and budget. Our initial consultation is free. Our designers can meet with you in person or virtually, and make a site visit to measure and photograph the location. Once we agree on a design concept, budget and timeline, we’ll collect a deposit of $3000 for design services.
Step 2: Design
We’ll create a unique design for your property that includes color schemes, selections of furniture, art and accessories, and window treatment recommendations. Using mood boards, fabric and finish samples, and floor plans, we’ll collaborate with you to finalize the interior design for your project. Our supplier relationships let us negotiate volume pricing, so we can offer the best possible value.
We’ll collect payment for furnishings so we can place orders for everything you’ve chosen. We’ll also keep you updated as we hear back from suppliers about lead times and delivery dates. Our design packages can supply as much or little as you need – from major furnishings to electronics, kitchen supplies and linens.
Relax and let us do the hard part! Our team will track your orders, receive them into our warehouse, and arrange for delivery and installation. If you’re building or renovating, we’ll coordinate our delivery schedule with contractors and tradespeople to make sure everything is done on time.
