Heather Groom

Heather Groom has lived in Utah for 30 years and is a top-performing Realtor. In 2024, she ranked #12 statewide, selling over $42 million in real estate, earning the title of Millionaire Real Estate Agent. She’s also a member of Gary Keller’s National Top 100 Agent Group for Keller Williams International.

Beyond real estate, Heather has a strong background in politics and community service. She served as campaign manager for Governor Gary Herbert and Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox (now Governor) and held leadership roles in the Utah and National Federation of Republican Women. She also served on the Utah State Board of Education and the Utah State Charter School Board.

Heather remains active in legislation related to real estate and women’s advocacy and currently serves on the Snow College Board of Trustees and as an ambassador for the Utah Women in Leadership Project. A former market research business owner, she and her husband now run a real estate investment company and Red Rock Furniture in St. George.

She holds a BA from BYU and an MPA from SUU, is fluent in Spanish, and has traveled to six continents. Known for her extensive network, business acumen, and dedication to clients, Heather consistently creates winning opportunities—even in a competitive market.
