White Glove Delivery

Access

For large deliveries, we provide a lockbox to securely store a key, so our delivery crew can access the property.  Since most large deliveries take multiple days to complete, we have found that trying to coordinate daily access with homeowners can be difficult. As soon as the delivery is complete we will return your key and remove the lock box.  Our team is most efficient when the house is empty, so we request that the property not have guests on delivery days. At the end of each shift, our delivery crew will text you pictures of the completed work, with an update on what items are next to be done.

For small, same-day  deliveries we’ll need you to arrange access for the entire day. We do our best to provide an accurate delivery time; however due to varying schedules we cannot guarantee a specific time.

Free Delivery

All orders over $2,000 qualify for free Drop Off Delivery in the St George area.  That means the items will be left in the original packaging in your garage.  If you would like us to set up your items, we offer that service as part of our White Glove Setup. 

If your order is under $2,000 you may pick your items up at our warehouse for no additional charge. Or, you may opt to pay for our White Glove Setup.

White Glove Setup

If you would like us to set up your items for you, our White Glove Setup is available at $55 per hour. 

Typically it takes 2 people around an hour a piece per room, however this may vary depending on the items you purchase.  For example a bunk bed typically takes 1 hour from 2 people on it’s own.  Upon request we can estimate the cost for you but it is not guaranteed to be exactly accurate. 

We bill for delivery on a weekly basis, so if your delivery gets spread out across multiple weeks (ie backorders, or it takes multiple days to finish) we will require payment as we go.

Included is the following:

  1. Delivering boxes to your house
  2. Unboxing and setup
  3. Placement of furniture in the desired location
  4. Removal of wrapping materials and trash
  5. Any other tasks you would like our delivery crew to help with, such as hanging TVs.  Please note: we require advance notice if you would like help with additional tasks so we can schedule accordingly. Please make sure all necessary hardware and materials are already at the location; our delivery crew cannot purchase items for you.

All orders over $2,000 receive free drop off delivery within the St George area. If you’d like us to assemble your items for you, our White Glove setup service is affordable and convenient.
